A gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! The handmade platinum setting features?lacy filigree cutouts, fine wirework, and delicate engraved details. At the center is an old European Cut diamond, which weighs 0.65ct and has H color and VS1 clarity. It rests within a micro-prong setting and is bordered by a box style ring face. Decorating the sides of the setting are 12 delicate accent diamonds, which add a beautiful sparkle! The single cut stones weigh approximately 0.15ctw combined, and have I-J range color and VS range clarity. Stamped inside the shank is a "PLATINUM" mark and the word "CERTIFIED." The ring was appraised in April 2018 by an independent and accredited GIA-Certified Graduate Gemologist, and has a stated retail replacement value of $4,700.00. Measurements: The ring has a finger size 5.75,? but could be resized. The center diamond rests approximately 3/16" above the finger. The band measures 1mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or to any of the diamonds, all of which are intact and securely set.
