Important Information: 

All items are custom made to order. This means once you place an order with us, we then purchase the item from the retailer (this could be a store in Australia or overseas such as the US depending on who has the colour/ size available). Once the item arrives, we then customise it and have it shipped out to you. This process takes approximately 3-4 weeks, and sometimes longer in peak busy periods. We update our turnaround time as needed on our shipping page. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.

Please double check you select your correct size as size changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order and all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for wrong size or change of mind as each item is hand customised per your order.
